Job Description

• Define how the brand should be perceived across key social media channels and industry-specific forums and communities. If humanizing the brand works for you, then you automatically become the voice of the brand. • Your excitement should come out via your Social media activity. So you will be responsible for telling compelling stories, engaging media content, contests, announcements, etc • We run a lot of campaigns aggressively be it Brand awareness, product campaigns, Customer spotlight, etc. You would be responsible for driving social media eyeballs and traffic to these campaigns actively and increase the engagement and followers for the same. • Do not just post. But also talk. Being the voice means engaging with people on social media, making acquaintances with influencers, listening to social media chatter and responding, and ultimately making it easy for people to relate to the brand. • Whatever your do, you should know how to measure the impact. So, you should know how to get go deep into the data to figure out gaps and come out enlightened with new ideas. Use social media marketing tools to gain marketing insights and maintain Social Media KPIs • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies, close eye on key trends and agility in delivering creative ideas. Internal stake holder management Marketing, Product, HR, CSR/PR teams for a cohesive social media approach, External stake holder management- Agency partners • Developing and driving social media monthly and quarterly strategies in tandem with the overall business goals and diversify them according to hyper-regional social-content requirements. • Creating channel specific social media content plan as per the brand personality and target audience. Hands on analytics. Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives. Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs • Designing and managing campaigns not only on FB, Instagram, etc. but also on other emerging platforms and constantly analyses the results of campaigns and play with content accordingly. • Keeping up with trends as the product is available in multiple languages, so understanding the pan-India connect of deliverables is crucial. Working with a talented team of designers and copywriters. So a keen eye for excellent design and copy is a must. • Should be able to achieve the desired leads target leveraging various digital platforms. Should have Hands on: Performance marketing (AdWords + PPC campaigns etc.) Social Media lead Gen which is a must.
